Yes we received it just as expected on Monday. We are very pleased and
grateful to have found something beautiful and sophisticated, yet emanating
the purity, innocence, and unconditional love and wonder of our baby boy.
I have recommended to the funeral home they take a look at what you have to
offer as everything I was shown seemed so trite and institutional. Thank
you for your dedication to offering something of beauty and art to so many
that grieve the loss of loved ones, so that they may have something to
memorialize and cherish that is utterly beautiful.

I would like to thank-you from the bottom of my heart. The kindness, sensitivity, and attention you have shown me, at this very hard time, has helped me to feel a little better. My father was a very special man, and I am so grateful to have found the perfect urn for him. I received the urn just 2 days after ordering it(I was told about a week). Although I expected a nice urn, I was taken aback by the stature and quality of it. You were right, the Onyx was beyond description. I am rambling, I should just say thank-you, and tell you that if and when I know of someone in need, we will be contacting Urns etc. again.

This has been very trying time for us, and your assistance really made a difficult task more bearable. Please accept our gratitude. When we first contacted your company, we were very unsure to be buying such a special item, from the internet. Even though you were very kind, and efficient, my Mother was very unsure, and I was also. When the Urn arrived, we were not at home, and the UPS people left a card. We called them, and they came back. We are very pleased with the urn. It is very beautiful, and the funeral home said it was a very good quality. The man asked where we had got it, because he had never seen such an urn. He was very surprised to here we got it from the internet.

We are taking the time to write to you, to acknowledge the absolute wonderful experience it was dealing with your company. Patricia, and Steve were more then helpful, they were instrumental in making a difficult situation work. We ordered our urn from you, and received it at 10 am the very next day. The urn was not only gorgeous, but your people were so right in saying that it emitted dignity, and respect. We were afraid that although the picture we saw showed it to be a nice urn, things are never as good as they seem. Not only were we wrong, the urn itself was nicer than the picture.
We feel that with the help of your employees, we made the right choice. The Aeternitas urn we ordered surpassed our expectations, as did the service provided.
