Payment Methods
Credit Cards
  • UrnsEtc accepts the following major credit cards, Visa, Master Card.
  • Please be sure you include the exact billing address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you.
  • If you provide incorrect information it may cause a delay in us processing your order.
    Your credit card will be billed once your order has been shipped.

    Money Orders, Cashier's Check & Personal Check
  • UrnsEtc accepts money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks in U.S. dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of money orders and cashiers checks.
  • For personal checks, please allow 15 business days for clearance of funds before the order is processed.
  • UrnsEtc will charge a $50 fee on all returned checks.


    Return/Cancellation Policy
  • If any urn order is canceled or returned you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus actual forwarding and return shipping charges.
  • UrnsEtc will not accept for return any product that appears to be used, soiled, or in other than original shipping condition.
  • Special Order products such as engraved merchandise is not returnable to UrnsEtc.

    Product Warrantees
  • UrnsEtc stands and limits itself to all manufacturers' product warrantees for damaged or broken merchandise.
  • In the event of broken or damaged merchandise during shipment, UrnsEtc will replace the product and shipping costs to the customer.
  • Product warrantees are for defect purposes only and not for color, size, or misunderstandings.

    Sales Tax
  • Sales tax will be charged if applicable by law.

    Merchandise Ordering
  • It is the intention to provide a customer with the exact product they need. It is the customer's responsibility to be certain that products ordered are acceptable with any cemetery/mortuary/or governmental regulations or policies.
  • UrnsEtc lists dimensions of all urns sold. Customers that own a niche need to be certain that the urn will fit in the niche.

    Special Order Products
  • Merchandise ordered with engraving instructions will not be shipped immediately.
  • Customers should call 1-800-465-9115 for special instructions on Special Order Products.
  • Special Order products are not returnable.

    Delivery/Shipping
    UrnsEtc will confirm all orders within 24 hours of verification of payment. In most cases, merchandise will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Orders will be shipped as described below subject to manufacturers warehouse stock. In the event any product is not immediately available, UrnsEtc will notify customer within 24 hours.


    Urn Shipping
  • All urn prices include standard shipping at no extra cost.
  • Additional charges apply for next-day, second-day and Saturday delivery. (See chart below)
  • All products are shipped within 24 hours of confirmation, subject to availability.
  • Standard shipping expected delivery time is 3-7 normal business days.
  • Orders for next-day or second-day shipping must be processed by 1:00 pm Eastern. Monday through Friday to insure prompt delivery.
  • Merchandise that requires customization cannot be rushed.
